Monster fish caught.

Last night Nils Folmer caught  the fish of his lifetime. This is the biggest brown trout ever caught on our beats and probably in Iceland, ever. Beating our record from last year by one cm. The fish was 101 cm and the girth 63 cm. It is very difficult to estimate the weight of such a monster, but these numbers indicate that the fish is somewhere between 16 to 18 kg. Nils and Ásta also caught fish of 98, 95, 90, 89 and 86 cm, plus several smaller fish all in one day.
